Market gap

Modular homes represent a timely and pragmatic solution to bridge the widening gap between housing demand and supply. By offering affordability, flexibility, speed, and sustainability, modular homes are poised to reshape the housing landscape.

Customer

University of NSW’s city futures report estimates Australia needs 1 million social and affordable homes over the next 15 years. On top of this various businesses, particularly in rural areas, require fast and cost-effective homes to grow local regional economies.

Current status

Housing Australia Future Fund aims to invest $10 billion to increase housing supply. This is expected to deliver 30,000 affordable homes in the next 5 years. To maintain the current share, Australia needs 15,000 new affordable homes every year!

Cost

SGS Economics and Planning estimates that if no action is taken, the additional social cost to Australia will reach $25 billion p.a. by 2051. However, the estimated benefits of providing adequate housing will reach $110 billion to the economy.
